Railroad Medicare – DIAL-UP Termination as of June 1, 2014
If you connect to Palmetto GBA EDI for Medicare using dial-up modem, it is imperative that you give attention to the following information.
Effective June 1, 2014, dial-up connectivity will no longer be offered as file exchange options.
- If you are currently using a Network Service Vendor (MedXpress, Ivans), you will not notice any changes in your service.
- If you are not using a NSV, please continue to visit our website for updates. We will be emailing you choices for submitting claims and retrieving reports and era files.
We are aware that your office may be receiving offers from other NSV. We have established a partnership with MedXpress.
