Inbound and Outbound Integrated Faxing for Medical Practices

The STI electronic faxing module was built specifically for the needs of medical practices. We understand the need for providers and their staff to be able to quickly edit, annotate, and import faxes into our EHR software. We offer an intuitive user interface to integrate both inbound and outbound faxing into the ChartMaker Medical Suite Healthcare solutions.

  • Charges/Month based upon your monthly eFaxing Volume — $10/month maintenance fee, plus:

    • 4.5 cents per/page for 999 or less
      4.2 cents per/page 1000-1999
3.9 cents per/page 2000 or greater per month
    • eFaxing Setup Fee: No charge for set up if you signup during the promotional period.
Free Installation if you act quickly.

*The ChartMaker® Medical Suite eFaxing Module monthly fee is based on the total faxes sent and received. Monthly rates are based upon the total monthly completed volume for each calendar month of both inbound and outbound faxes. You can cancel the service with 30 days written notice to STI. Requires Microsoft Windows version 10 or above.*

  • Every inbound fax can be split apart, annotated on including adding a pen-based signature, and routed for approval prior to importing into a patient’s chart.
  • Fax documents edited outside the Medical Suite back out to senders and import those same documents into a patient’s chart.
  • Assign unlimited fax numbers to a single practice and have each number routed to a person, queue, or location.
  • Create locations by department, function, and office each with their own address book and fax cover sheet.
  • Port existing fax numbers for better continuity with other healthcare providers.
  • Use virtual printer to electronically fax any document from any non-ChartMaker applications including Microsoft Office programs, email, web browsers, PACS systems, in-house lab results, and any other medical devices or systems that can print.
  • Redact sensitive information prior sending out faxes.
  • Send to multiple recipients at the same time with their own cover sheet messages.
