Change Healthcare will assist with your enrollments for claims processing, electronic remittance transmissions, eligibility checking and claim status.
- Transmission of both participating and non-participating insurances for claim submission
- ERA (Electronic Remittance Advise) transactions
- Eligibility checking of participating and non-participating insurances that are partnered with Change Healthcare. Easily accomplished individually or in one batch through the Practice Manager appointment system
- Electronic “print to paper” claims – Primary insurance claims can be sent electronically, even those insurances that don’t accept them electronically. Provider Complete will print and mail them for you
- Claim status checking though Change Healthcare’s Customer Portal
- Online Claim Correction through Change Healthcare’s Customer Portal
