For 2018, there have been significant changes to how the Patient Electronic Access objective measure will be calculated for the MIPS and Meaningful Use Stage 3 programs.

Eligible clinicians who submitted 2017 Quality performance data for MIPS via claims, can now view performance scores through the MIPS data submission feature. You do not need to take action if you’ve already submitted quality data via claims.
