STI completed the qualification and selection process and demonstrated its commitment to New York’s health IT mission. Discounts and favorable pricing are available to NYeC practices.

STI has been named a Preferred Vendor of electronic health records by New York eHealth Collaborative (NYeC), the federally designated Regional Extension Centers for New York State.

The New York eHealth Collaborative partners with companies committed to helping New York providers attain Meaningful Use and connect to the statewide health information exchange networks. NYeC vendor partners must commit to maintain Meaningful Use certification, comply with all New York State policies governing the use of health technology, and assist practices to connect to the statewide health information networks.

As the highest level of partnership between the NYeC and EHR vendors, Preferred Vendors must also undertake a substantial qualification and selection process and demonstrate commitment to New York’s health IT mission. Additionally, the vendors have agreed to provide the following: discounts and favorable pricing to NYeC practices, standardization terms and conditions for EHR purchases, and training and support to NYeC staff and consultants working with practices in the field.
