We have been notified that some of Novitas Medicare’s Electronic Remittance Advices (ERA) are not showing the PQRS remark code N365.
DO NOT CHANGE ANYTHING! The claims are processing correctly.
Novitas is working on a fix and will send an email and update their website when the issue is resolved. Check their website for the posting.
