As most of you are aware, STI Computer Services, Inc. acquired Innovative Medical Solutions, Inc. (IMS) in May of 2010. The alliance of these two companies allowed us to offer enhanced services to our customers by combining a robust Practice Management/EMR software system with quality Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) services. In an effort to keep things uniform, we are now referring to IMS as the STI RCM Division. Please note, there have been no changes in management or in our processes. This is simply a way to classify each department by their service levels. We value your business and would greatly appreciate your assistance with our name uniformity.
