The following lists the Novitas Medicare updates for the year 2011.
12/28/2011: Highmark Medicare – If you send your first ANSI 5010 claim file and receive a 999 report with a message Functional group not supported, please call Medicare at 877-235-8073 to make sure that you are transitioned to ANSI 5010.
12/28/2011: If you are having password issues with Highmark Medicare, please call Medicare directly. They will not assist us, the software vendor, with your password issue.
12/22/2011: The Highmark Medicare Professional STICOMM Setup instructions (for DCMCR_P5, DEMCR_P5, MDMCR_P5, NJMCR_P5, and PAMCR_P5) have been revised. If this applies to your state (DC, DE, MD, NJ, PA), please see the file located under your state.
