Dear Valued STI Client,

We want to inform you of the steps that STI Computer Services has taken to prepare for the disruptions that are expected due to the COVID-19 outbreak.

During this outbreak, our Managed Services team will be taking steps to attempt to remediate issues remotely and will focus onsite support efforts to those offices whose ability to practice medicine have been meaningfully impacted due to technical issues. All other issues will be triaged and dealt with remotely. If you have a planned server installation, our field technicians will be in touch to discuss scheduling. Some workstation upgrades are also being suspended until more information becomes available. These suspensions will be evaluated on a weekly and case by case basis. We appreciate the situation you’re in as medical providers and will do our utmost to ensure your ability to practice is not hindered due to technical issues.

It is business as usual for software support teams who are operating as normal in a work-from-home capacity servicing our valued customers. There is no change to support hours or to after-hours emergency support.

Professional Services (ASMs, MIPS Coaching, Training) will continue as scheduled, except that we are conducting remote/web sessions only during this pandemic which requires social distancing. Any previously onsite sessions that are scheduled will be converted to remote/web sessions.
