Waystar Eligibility with Payer Inquiry integration allows you to submit eligibility requests and receive responses, via the Waystar Clearinghouse, for single patients or a group of patients based on an Appointment List in Practice Manager.

Pricing for Eligibility through Waystar Clearinghouse is transactions based, $0.14 per transaction, and the charges will be invoiced monthly. (There are no fees for RCM clients for Payer Inquiry/Eligibility through Waystar.) 

An active Waystar account is required before the Payer Inquiry integration can be set up.  If you do not have a Waystar account, your office will be required to complete the Waystar Clearinghouse Enrollment.

Complete the following enrollment form to begin the activation and setup process for the Waystar Eligibility with Payer Inquiry Integration. A Practice Manager support representative will contact you to begin the setup when ready. Contacting clients for setup will be prioritized based on the date of receiving the enrollment.
