The Waystar platform includes electronic claim submission, remittances, and eligibility verification. Pricing is transactions based, and the charges will be invoiced monthly. The following lists the pricing per transaction:

  • Claims: $0.11 (Paper Claims $0.82 each, $0.49 per additional page) 
  • Remits (payment line in the ERA): $0.04
  • Eligibility: $0.14

To maintain the above price levels, a 1-year agreement is required when enrolling for the Waystar platform. This agreement must be completed and signed by the Practice Administrator, and sent to jbrown@sticomputer.com, or faxed to 610-650-9278 to complete the enrollment process.
