To-Do-List Upgrade Notification
We now have the capability of notifying our clients through Clinical and Practice Manager, when a new version of the ChartMaker Medical Suite is available. You will receive this notification on your “To-Do-List” in Clinical and Practice Manager.
At the top of the Clinical or Practice Manager window you will see the heading “ To-Do ( 6)”. The number in parenthesis indicates the number of messages on your To-Do-List. Click on “To-Do” and select View List from the menu. You will then see a list of your messages, one of which will be the upgrade notification.
You may choose the people you wish to receive upgrade notifications by clicking on the To-Do-List and then choosing “New Message/Task” from the menu. When the window opens click on the “To” button. This will bring up a list of individuals and groups. Find the group called “Software Update Notifications”. Click on the group name so it is highlighted. Do not place a check in the box. Click the “Edit” button at the top of the window. Now place a check in the box next to the people you wish to receive update notifications. We recommend at least 3 people receive this notification.
