The ChartMaker^® Health Portal is a centralized conduit for managing the secure, encrypted, and efficient transmission of information and data that flows between the various software modules in the ChartMaker^® Medical Suite and external service vendors such as medical laboratories, medical centers, HIEs, RHIOs, immunization registries, and pharmacies.
