Does it bother you to see patient account IDs with letters instead of numbers or vice versa? You can quickly change that!

Go to Administration > Utilities > Account Maintenance > Change/Delete.

 

Select the account you want to change by clicking the corresponding lookup icon in the Account to Change field.

Then manually type your desired account number in the New Account Number field or click “Change Account Number” to use the next available account number generated by the system. If you manually typed an account number into this field, make sure you click “Change Account Number” to commit to your changes.

 

When you are finished modifying account numbers, click “Cancel” to close the Account Maintenance dialog.
