Important Staff Changes at STI

Our long time Customer Support Manager, Vince Esposito retired last week after 16 years with STI.   He was well respected by our clients and his staff who will miss him greatly.  We wish him the best as he enjoys well deserved retirement by traveling, watching a lot of baseball, and tackling projects around the house!

Manager of Practice Manager Support

His replacement is Christopher Motes who will take over as Customer Support Manager for the Practice Manager and Insurance support teams.  He comes to us with management and customer support experience, most recently with a healthcare data exchange company.  We are looking forward to his enthusiasm and excellent customer service knowledge to set the tone for superior customer support to our users.

Manager of Training, Digital Content and Clinical Support

In addition to her responsibilities as the Manager of Training and our Digital Content Team, Barbara Lee has taken over the responsibility of the Clinical Customer Support Team.  With her extensive knowledge of the ChartMaker Clinical application and medical office workflow she will also lead the support group to provide excellent service to our customers.
