Interface Enrollment

ChartMaker Medical Suite provides a number of laboratory, hospital, equipment interfaces and more to provide you with seamless transfer of applicable data to and/or from ChartMaker Clinical and Practice Manager.

To enroll for an interface, use the Enrollment Form below:

Lab Bridge Interface (Practice Manager)
To initiate and setup a lab result interface with BioReference or Quest, you must contact your lab representative to make the request. The lab will then contact STI when they are ready to perform the setup.

To initiate and setup a lab result interface with LabCorp, you must complete their enrollment form, here.

For all other lab result interaces, select the applicable interface, and then complete the form below.
Lab Results Interface (Clinical)
