Cloud Users – Is your email setup in your Cloud profile?

Are you receiving an email alert four (4) days before your cloud password expires? If you’re not, log into the ChartMakercloud Access Portal and enter your current email address:
- Open your preferred web browser and go to: https://password.chartmakercloud.com/app/portal/.
- At the main menu, click My Account.
- To enter or update your email information, click the Menu icon (three bars) at the top left, then Home, and then click My Profile.
- In the My Profile section, click the Office tab, then enter or modify your Email address, and then click the Apply button.
