STI is pleased to announce the launch of our new online Customer Forum. The ultimate goal of the forum is to encourage our clients and ChartMaker Medical Suite users to explore, connect and share with each other in order to become more efficient users of the ChartMaker Medical Suite products and to become more knowledgeable about Health IT topics.
Here’s how you can get started on the forum:
1: Sign in to the forum and visit our Getting Started page to become acquainted on how to use the forum (Note: You will use the same credentials as your STI Customer login).
2: Have a question to ask? Use our ChartMaker® Product Forum or Health IT Forum to post your question.
3: Would you like to start your own Group Forum? If you fit the following criteria, please contact us using the form below for assistance in setting up your own group:
a: Start a group for your specific medical specialty and for other practitioners to collaborate and ask questions
b: Start a group for your medical practice for staff members to discuss specific topics
c: Start a group for a specific topic that is not covered by the main forums (ChartMaker® products and Health IT Topics)
