Acquisition of Newtown Professional Billing

STI is pleased to announce that on January 1, 2019 we merged with Newtown Professional Billing in Langhorne, Pennsylvania. Newtown is a very well-run company with a highly skilled staff that will be a great new addition to our STI Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) Division.

STI has been associated with Newtown for many years, supplying them with software and support. It has been a great relationship and we intend to continue it.

The entire billing staff has joined STI as new employees and Jeanne and Dan Famiglietti, the owners of Newtown, will remain for a transition period.

We look forward to working with our new clients and welcome them to the STI RCM Division.

This is STI’s fifth acquisition in the last 3½ years. We intend to continue the growth of our RCM Division as physicians and office managers have begun to see the advantage of having a professional staff who can keep up with the ever-changing requirements of billing and A/R follow-up in the complex environment of medical revenue cycle management. After processing more than $500 million in claims, our RCM Division can meet the expectations of any practice.
