View and Process ePA Requests

The ePA Status dialog allows you to view the status of ePA transactions and to facilitate the prior authorization status correspondence. Typically, ePA-enabled users are notified via the To-Do List when an ePA request requires attention and can access the dialog in this manner. The facesheet also provides the ePA status of applicable medications for a patient and also allows access to the ePA Status dialog. Likewise, you can access the ePA Status dialog via the Chart menu at any time to view and process ePA transactions.
