Provider Complete Tips – June 2019

Are You Adding or Deactivating Providers from Provider Complete? Don’t Forget to Notify STI! It is important to keep STI up to date when you have a provider change in your office. If you are adding or deactivating a provider from Provider Complete, please make sure to complete the following enrollment form. Are you using the Provider Complete on-line support tools to assist your office in managing your claim submissions? The Customer Portal (Vision) replaces the paper reports, and allows you to easily track claims online from submission through payment. Call Change Healthcare (800-603-1968) to obtain a login and assistance. ON24/7 provides self-help tools to re-queue an ERA (835) file or the 999 report, and offers a way to stay current on customer communications issued by Change Healthcare and the insurance carriers.
