Remove a Patient Photo from a Patient's Chart

Use the following steps to remove a photo from a patient's chart.

1. Access the patient's chart, and then click the ID tab.
    

2. Once the Patient Information is displayed, click the Patient Photo, and then click Remove picture.
   
   
   
    

3. The photo will then be removed from the patient's account. You can now add a new photo if needed.
