The Referrals section will contain any Referral
information that is set to display in the face sheet. Referrals are added
and modified via chart notes. To add, edit, or delete referral
information in the list, you need to have a button in
the chart note. If a chart note does not contain a Referral button, you
can Add
a Referral Button to a Template
via the template editor, or you can Add
a Referral button to a Chart Note
from the patient's Facesheet.
A Response Received from a referral, indicating that the patient was sent to another provider and a report was received back from that provider, can be configured in the Referrals dialog in the chart note, or in the Referrals section of the patient's Facesheet without having to access the chart note.
Likewise, you have the ability to configure Response
Details, which will allow access to the Referral Response Details
dialog where you can add a Response, a Finding Status, and a Response
Comment. This can be done via the Referrals
dialog in the chart note, or in the Referrals
section of the patient's Facesheet without having to access the chart note.
