Login to ChartMaker® Clinical

Once the ChartMaker® Clinical application has been installed, you can now log into ChartMaker® Clinical. Use the following steps to log into ChartMaker.

1. Double-click the ChartMaker® Clinical icon on your desktop.
   
   
    

2. In the Welcome to the STI Office Suite dialog, select the Database you want to log onto, as needed.
    

3. Enter your User ID and Password in the corresponding fields.
   
   
    

4. After you have entered your applicable User ID and Password, click the Logon button. The ChartMaker® Clinical application will now open.
