If this option is selected, then the scanned item will be tagged as an Advance Directive in the patient's chart. Likewise, when the scan is saved the system will then update the information in the Facesheet and the Advanced Directives dialog for the patient, and when viewing the scan in the Organizer the Advance Directives column will contain Yes.
