Tracking items in the flow sheet means that you can look at procedures that have been done and display them in a graphical format. These items are procedures and results that you want to track. You can track items like vital signs, BMI, specific lab results, procedures (i.e., immunizations), and health maintenance items (i.e., physical exams, eye checks etc.).
The procedures will show up with the names on the left. Next to the procedures is the Req box. This box displays how often the item was to be repeated as per the setup of the individual making the flow sheet.
Next to that is the time box. This box will have a question mark if the procedure has not been documented as being done. It will be yellow if the item is due as per the person who originally put the item in to track.
The remaining columns will have various dates and information depending on the type of flow sheet and the way in which it is being viewed.
