Remove an Item from a Flow Sheet

Use the following steps to remove an item from a flow sheet.

1. Open a patient's chart.
    

2. Click the Flowsheet tab.
    

3. Click Flow > Set and select the Flow Sheet you wish to remove an item from in the menu.
    

4. In the Flow Sheet highlight the Procedure that you wish to remove.
   
   
   
    

5. Click Flowsheet > Remove Item.
    

6. In the confirmation dialog, click the OK button to remove the item.
