Delete a Flow Sheet

Use the following steps to delete a flow sheet.

1. Open a patient's chart.
    

2. Click the Flowsheet tab.
    

3. Click Flow > Set and select the Flow Sheet you wish to delete.
    

4. Once the Flow Sheet has been selected, click Flow Sheet > Set > Delete Set.
    

5. In the confirmation dialog, click the Yes button to delete the selected flow sheet.
