Create a New Flow Sheet

ChartMaker® Clinical offers the ability to create global flow sheets for all patients, or to create and individual flow sheet for a specific patient. Use the following steps to create a new flow sheet (also call a set).

1. Open a patient's chart.
    

2. Click the Flowsheet tab.
    

3. Click Flow Sheet > Set > New Set.
    

4. In the New Flow Sheet Set enter the Name of the flow sheet you are creating.
    

5. Click the Global radio button if you want the new flow sheet to be for all patients, or click the Individual radio button if you want the new flow sheet to be for the current patient only.
    

6. Check the Clone current set if you would like to copy the current flow sheet that is selected. After the flow sheet is cloned you can add, modify, and remove items as needed.
   
   
   
    

7. When finished, click the OK button.
