STI has resolved the Change Healthcare connection issue. Prior to submitting your claims to Change Healthcare, your office will be required to follow the steps below on any billing workstation that submits electronic claims to Change Health – this may include the appserver and termserver:

1.  Log out of Practice Manager.

2.  Log back into Practice Manager and select the RED Updates button found on the Insurance Tab. If the Updates button is not RED, contact Practice Manager Support for assistance.

3.  Click the Updates button and follow the instructions on the screen to complete the process which includes logging out of Practice Manager.

4.  Log back into Practice Manager and run the billing component manager. Select Add-Ins > Insurance Billing > Billing Component Manager, and press OK.

5.  You do not need to regenerate the claims that did not process yesterday or today.

6.  Go to the Insurance Billing tab > Automatic Billing and select your Change Healthcare (Emdeon/NEIC) option. In addition to the new claims gathered, the files that were previously gathered will be submitted automatically. The MCDS.zip and ERA.zip files will be downloaded.
