As of the January 2017 implementation of the Delaware Medical Assistance Program’s Healthcare Portal a few offices have not received EOBs or payment.

If you have submitted Delaware Medicaid claims through Change Healthcare (Emdeon) and have not received an EOB, please read the attached Customer Service Alert.

Your office may have a discrepancy with the street address that is listed on Delaware Medicaid’s Healthcare Portal. Any questions regarding the Delaware Medical Assistance Program’s Healthcare Portal should be addressed to their Provider Enrollment team at 800-999-3371, select 0 and then 2 or send an email to DelawarePRET@hpe.com.
