According to our estimates, the actual cost to generate a statement in your office including paper products, envelopes, postage, and labor costs is approximately $.72 per statement. Based on our fees you will see a savings of $.09 per statement. In addition, your staff will have more time to concentrate on other important functions like following up on insurance and patient receivables and taking care of the needs of your patients. After gathering the statements you have the option to view the statements in Practice Manager and remove any of the statements you do not wish to send.
In addition, we have included the NCOALink, a secure dataset of approximately 160 million permanent change-of-address (COA) records consisting of the names and addresses of individuals, families and businesses who have filed a change-of-address with the USPS. It is maintained by the United States Postal Service and access to it is licensed to service providers and made available to mailers. You will receive notifications of all statements where a change of address has been filed. There is a fee of $.30 for all change of address notifications.
