Railroad Medicare – DIAL-UP Termination as of June 1, 2014 If you connect to Palmetto GBA EDI for Medicare using dial-up modem, it is imperative that you give attention to the following information.

Once your office has enrolled for a new Trading Partner Number from Highmark EDI – IBC, the following must be done to continue the migration for IBC claim submission:

Print out your hcfa – check the paper.  Three items to notice: 1. If an X is printing in box #8, you are still on the old format (and claims after April 1st WILL NOT be paid even if on the new paper itself) – please follow instructions to convert to the new format.

If your office submits Delaware Medical Assistance Program claims electronically, it is very important that you read and follow the instructions outlined in this letter.  Offices submitting electronic claims must be transitioned to the new URL by July 31, 2014.
